GIOCONDA AI · ISOLATED ENGINEERING LABORATORY

GioLab

Conversational AI quality laboratory · Twilio-independent browser testing

1 · Browser microphone diagnostic

Verify browser microphone permissions, capture, and playback before testing AI conversations. Audio stays in this browser and is not uploaded.

2 · Existing AI employee test

The replicated Gioconda application already includes an OpenAI Realtime WebRTC agent test interface. Access it through the existing development application and its normal authentication/agent setup.

Live voice is not yet integrated directly into GioLab. Do not enter production customer data in lab sessions.

3 · Conversational acceptance scenarios

Use these scenarios during live AI employee sessions. Each must be evidenced before Quinn can sign off.

  1. Warm greeting: identifies the business and offers help without a lengthy introduction.
  2. Patient listening: allows a caller to finish a complete request before responding.
  3. Barge-in: when interrupted, stops speaking promptly and addresses the new request.
  4. Silence handling: waits naturally; avoids repetitive prompts or talking over a thoughtful pause.
  5. Correction handling: accepts corrected names, times, and intentions without arguing.
  6. Context retention: does not repeat questions already answered.
  7. Respectful boundaries: handles frustrated callers without defensiveness or false promises.
  8. Graceful goodbye: confirms next steps, says goodbye once, and closes without cutting off speech.
